Our pricing accommodates both IWA members and non-members, with tailored rates for High Income Countries and Lower Income Countries. The registration process also allows you to request a letter of attendance for visa purposes, for more information please visit the travel page. Please note: if you register but are then unsuccessful in your visa application and so cannot attend, IWA will refund your Congress delegate registration fee in full (proof required).

IWA member: For discounted registration rates become an IWA member, join now. Select IWA membership with your registration for an automatic discount on your delegate and exhibitor ticket price. You will enjoy a minimum of 1 year of IWA benefits such as receiving The Source Magazine, access to IWA exclusive content online and further discounts on IWA publications and all IWA events.

Country Classification: IWA operates a Higher/Lower Income Country (HIC/LIC) classification for its membership and registration fees. The income classification is based on your country of residence and not on your country of origin. Fees will automatically be applied in Connect Plus. Please consult the IWA Country Classification table to verify your HIC/LIC status (this list may be subject to changes as we align with the World Bank’s Gross National Income database).

Students: Students need to submit a copy of the student´s ID at the registration site.
