WWCE 2026 Travel & Accommodation: Important Notice
We have been made aware of fraudulent emails offering hotel and accommodation bookings, as well as other Congress-related services, which may closely resemble official communications or appear as informal requests.
Please note that IWA does not send unsolicited booking offers, and the only official housing partner for IWA WWCE 2026 is the Glasgow Convention Bureau. We strongly advise delegates to:
- Book accommodation only through the official channels, or directly via the Glasgow Convention Bureau. Special rates will only be available to delegates who book through the official housing bureau.
- Verify any booking communication before acting on it. If you are unsure whether an email is genuine, contact accommodation@glasgowconventionbureau.com, and copy in registration.wwce@iwahq.org.
To support delegates attending the IWA World Water Congress & Exhibition (WWCE) 2026, a selection of hotels in Glasgow has been reserved with exclusive conference rates.
Official Accommodation Provider: The Glasgow Convention Bureau is the official housing bureau for WWCE 2026 and will offer assistance with the coordination of housing requirements for the Congress. Special rates will only be available to delegates who book through the official housing bureau.
Booking Your Hotel: Rooms are available through the official booking platform and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Delegates are encouraged to book by 21 August 2026 for the best choice of hotels and room rates.
Please note that the booking portal will close on 18 September 2026, and all reservations are subject to availability. Rooms may sell out before the portal closes.
Any changes to your reservation after 18 September 2026—including cancellations—should be sent to accommodation@glasgowconventionbureau.com.

Cancellation Policy
- Non-arrivals or failure to cancel a reservation within the cancellation terms and conditions may incur charges.
- INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS TO 2 ROOMS: Cancellations can be made up to 48 / 72 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellations of all or any room nights after the 48 / 72 hour deadline will incur 100% charges.
- 3 TO 5 ROOMS: Cancellations can be made up to two weeks prior to the arrival date without penalty. Cancellations of all or any room nights after this date will incur 100% charges.
- 6 TO 9 ROOMS: Cancellations can be made up to three weeks prior to the arrival date without penalty. Cancellations of all or any room nights after this date will incur 100% charges.
