Press & Media are welcome to join us in the Media Room of the Bella Center (Congress Venue) for an opportunity to hear from and interview high-level attendees on the theme of water for smart liveable cities and the IWA high-level summit on the SDGs. The Media Briefing will include Danish Environment Minister Lea Wermelin, IWA President Tom Mollenkopf and Grundfos COO Ulrik Gernow. View the floor plan. WWCE 2022 Media Accreditation

Journalists and editorial staff representing media outlets who are interested in covering the World Water Congress & Exhibition must complete this form and submit it together with a valid press card or an official coverage request from the journalist’s media outlet signed by the supervisor. Further details regarding attendance will be provided following accreditation. Valid photo ID (passport, driving license, etc.) will need to be presented at the event prior to entry. Spaces are subject to availability.
Online accreditation has closed on 5 September. After this date, press & media will be accredited directly on-site. We highly recommend to still submit the information through the online form so that we can check the eligibility and information provided. Tokyo Report: 2018 IWA World Water Congress & Exhibition

Under the theme “Resilience and sustainability – From science to practice and policy” the 2018 IWA World Water Congress & Exhibition gathered nearly 10,000 water professionals from utilities, academia, private companies, governments, and global organisations in Tokyo, Japan.

From 16 to 21 September 2018, as part of the largest ever IWA Congress and Exhibition, these leaders discussed and presented innovative solutions to global challenges that would bring transformative change to the most vital resource on earth: water.
