Lucia Cade is Chair of South East Water, a water corporation providing water, sewerage and recycled water services to almost 1.7 million people in the south and eastern suburbs of Melbourne and the surrounding townships. She will share how South East Water engages with its customers and community to implement new technologies that deliver both customer experience benefits and integrate new urban water sources to conserve precious resources and protect the environment. South East Water’s continuous focus on customers and technological innovation will ensure we can meet the dual challenges of regional population growth and climate change while improving the liveability of our city and keeping our operations affordable.
