Yue Zhongming, Commissioner of Yellow River Conservancy Commission of the Ministry of Water Resources, China. Mr. Yue is an experienced civil Engineer who has been served for the Changjiang Water Resources Commission for 25 years until 2004 as the Director General of Hydrological Bureau, President of Changjiang Reconnaissance, Planning and design Institute, and Vice Commissioner of Changjiang Water Resources Commission, where he played a leading role in the planning and design of the Three Gorges dam project and the National South-North Water Transfer Project. Mr. Yue then appointed by the Ministry of Water Resources as the Commissioner of Pearl River Water Resources Commission since 2004 before he took office as the Commissioner of the Yellow River Conservancy Commission in 2015.
